Changelog

What shipped, and when. Breaking changes are called out in bold — there have been none so far in the public API.

  1. The Python and TypeScript SDKs

One client, one key, your memory. Both packages wrap the same API the MCP endpoint speaks, so an agent you build reaches exactly what your assistants reach.

    • pip install membase-sdk · npm i membase-sdk
    • Containers, memories and documents — the same three nouns in both languages
    • search returns passages with their source; ask returns an answer over them
  2. Notion as a source, and zip import

Connect a Notion workspace once, then pick the pages and databases it may read. A zip upload unpacks into a folder rather than landing as one opaque file.

    • One Notion source per workspace, with the picker scoped to what you authorized
    • A source page that states what it reads, so access is legible after the fact
  3. The agent protocol: one tool table behind MCP, REST and the SDKs

MCP clients, the REST API and both SDKs now resolve to a single tool table, so a capability added once appears on every surface instead of three times with three shapes.

    • Developer keys became a page of their own — identity, expiry, reach and usage
    • Connect splits into the two real ways in: an MCP address for an app, a key for an AI
  4. Invites

Every account owns an invite link, and a sign-up is attributed once to whoever brought it. The invitee list says where each person came from.
